1. About us

This website, magicwelllabs.co.uk, is operated by Magic Well Labs Ltd, trading as HerMAGic. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17197079. You can contact us at hello@magicwelllabs.co.uk. HerMAGic is a registered UK trade mark (No. UK00004382855).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

Our products are food supplements. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake shown on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Please always read the label and packaging before use.

3. Orders and our contract with you

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming your order, but a contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and our returns process are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Faulty products

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will put it right. You have legal rights in these situations, and nothing in these terms limits them.

8. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable. We are not liable for any business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only.

All content on this website, including the name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to Magic Well Labs Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
